Fluster
Fluster is a note-taking app for academics and students, made to support research, problem solving, writing, and complex projects. Built by a physics student for his own theoretical research, it offers features like Jupyter integration, LaTeX support, and bibliography management. I created a visual identity and marketing assets to give a professional visual presence to match its technical depth.
The mark is a stylized F made up of flowing, connected forms, a nod to connecting and building on ideas. I chose Syncopate as the typeface for the name, for its modern, tech-forward feel softened by curved details, making the brand feel capable while being approachable. Working within the app's existing color palette, I designed marketing assets that showcase Fluster's range of features in a way that's easy to grasp at a glance.
